Application requirements for Staging of International Event
1. Application form to be used
There is no standard application for this event. Booking institutions must first contact the President and/or General Manager for a preliminary discussion and thereafter submit an application based on the outcome of discussions outlining all the details of the event.
2. Booking procedures
Applicants must submit the completed application forms to the Club for approval.
Applicants are allowed to make advance booking of facilities one year prior to the proposed event date.
3. Processing time
Applicants will be informed of their application results within 28 working days after submission of complete application form.
4. Methods of payment
Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
5. Terms and conditions of using the facilities, if applicable.
Applicants must observe the Bye Laws of the Club (available on the website) which govern the use of the facilities.
6. Fees and charges
The successful applicant will have to have a detailed meeting with the Club’s officials in regard to the event. The Club will then assess the overall expenditure and may stipulate a certain amount of deposit to cover the estimated expenditure such as logistics, utility charges, court fees, and other incidental expenses related to the particular type of event; such deposit being calculated on a cost recovery basis. The final payment will be adjusted to either claim the shortfall or refund the excess, if any.
